- Baked loin of pork topped with apple stuffing topped with crackling and served with a rich demi glaze
- Swiss chicken - breast of chicken baked in a white wine sauce with cream, ham, spring onions & cheese
- Oven baked fresh fillets of fish served with al fresco style hollandaise sauce
- Beef wellington – individual beef fillets filled with mushroom and onion duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry baked to perfection and glazed in red wine
- Rack of lamb topped with a herb bread crust & served with mint flavoured jus
