- Tortellini with sundried tomatoes, mushroom & prosciutto in a creamy spinach sauce
Mains
- Peninsula special – braised breast of chicken in a cheese and avocado sauce wrapped in filo pastry and oven baked
- Roasted sirloin of beef with mustard crust & scalloped potato
- Rack of lamb topped with a spinach and bacon crust.
- Grilled gem fish served on a bed of julienne vegetables and topped with lemon hollandaise and toasted almonds
- Baked loin of pork with an apple stuffing topped with crackling and served with a rich demi glaze
- Veal Provencale - succulent veal served with a herb and red wine jus
